Lambeth Music Festival

Royal Festival Hall 

22nd March 2016 

Year 1 Blue Class performed with 900 other Lambeth children on stage singing 9 songs accompanied by an organ with over 7000 pipes. What a day!

Tea with Mrs Tredegar

Dear Mrs Tredegar,

Year 1 Scientists

Scientists at work. In year 1 we have been working in the Science Laboratory. We dissected crickets and mealy worms and then looked at them in detail under the microscopes.

 

How did you work like a scientist? What did you find out?

Science week - Insect Investigation

We have been investigating maggots and crickets in Science week. We have been making details scientific observations of them.

Cumbria Flood Relief Raffle

Year 6 have held a raffle to raise money for the children and families affected by the flooding in Cumbria. 

They raised £150, an amazing amount. 

The money raised will be going towards flood relief at Flimby Primary school. It will be used to help families of children who attend Flimby Primary to help rebuild their lives after such devastating weather.

Week 4 - Loughborough Park

This week we ran laps of Loughborough Park, right opposite our school! 

Each lap was nearly 1/2km. So if you ran 10 laps you nearly ran 5km!

We are beyond excited in Year 1 that it's
