Every week Year 1 do some wonderful singing with Miss Begley on a Thursday afternoon. This week we have been learning a new song; the animal fair.

We love reading Michael Rosen's poetry in Year 1. His poems are sometimes very funny or sometimes a bit silly but always great to listen to.

Science Museum Trip

We had a fantastic trip to the science museum today where we explored lots of materials.We learnt about lots of different materials and made different patterns using a range of materials. We visited their sensory garden and investigated patterns in the pattern pod.  After all our hard work we then role played being animals in the garden.
