Week 4 - Loughborough Park

This week we ran laps of Loughborough Park, right opposite our school! 

Each lap was nearly 1/2km. So if you ran 10 laps you nearly ran 5km! 

How many laps did you run? 
How has your running improved over the last 4 weeks?
