Learning from the past

Today Year 1 thought about the past and the present day. We discussed how the London Underground has changed since 1863. 

Have a look at past pictures of the London Underground...
Compare these pictures with the underground today. 

What is the same, what is different?

    Absolutely not that much, it doesn't look that different because when we was coming back to school the train station looked so black and grey.

    Old trains don't have lights, new trains have lights.

    The difference is that one has 2 carriages and the other one has 3 carriages.
