Quentin Blake




Our key text this term, The Green Ship,  is by the author and illustrator Quentin Blake.



Here is a video of Quentin Blake talking 
about the power of illustration.

My favourite bit in the video was when he showed us all the different covers that he made for the Green Ship.

  1. I like when he climber over with the girl in the book. That page is good. Every time I open the book I just go ooooo with the trees. They just with the ship.

  3. I liked the picture when they're exploring and when they are acting when they saw the ship. And the ship it got a tree house like it was a garden shed.

  4. The best picture is when they go in the green ship and they find he telescope.

  5. I think the two person is going to be scary about the green ship. I think the ship is going to be surprised and I think the ship is really small.
